How do I choose the correct size for my pet?

To find the perfect fit, you will need to measure three core areas: Chest Girth, Back Length, and Neck Girth.

  1. Chest Girth (Most Important): Measure around the widest part of your pet's ribcage (usually right behind the front legs). We recommend leaving a 2–3 cm (approx. 1 inch) buffer for comfort.
  2. Back Length: Measure from the base of the neck (where the collar sits) to the base of the tail.
  3. Neck Girth: Measure around the base of the neck where a collar would naturally sit.
    Note: Please always refer to the specific size chart on each product page. Do not choose a size based solely on weight or what your pet "usually wears," as sizing definitions vary greatly across different brands and cuts.

My pet has thick fur / a unique body shape (e.g., French Bulldog, Corgi, Whippet). What should I do if they don't match the size chart?

Unique body shapes definitely need special attention!

  • For Pets with Thick/Long Fur: We recommend adding an extra 3–5 cm (1.5–2 inches) to their actual chest measurement to ensure the clothing doesn't pinch or feel too tight.
  • For Specific Breeds (e.g., broad-chested Frenchies/Pugs, or deep-chested, slim-waisted Whippets/Greyhounds): We design specific cuts tailored to these unique shapes. Please prioritize checking our [Breed-Specific Collections]. If your pet's measurements fall between two sizes, we generally recommend sizing up. You can also message us directly with your pet’s breed, chest girth, and weight, and our team will provide a personalized recommendation!

Will the clothes interfere with my pet going to the bathroom?

Not at all! All of our pet apparel undergoes rigorous fit testing during the design phase. The underbelly and rear areas are crafted with a higher, gender-neutral cut that leaves plenty of clearance, ensuring your pet can do their business naturally without getting the clothes dirty.

Fabric, Materials & Comfort

Will this clothing cause allergies or static electricity on my pet?

Rest assured, your pet's comfort is our priority. We prioritize high-quality natural cotton, non-toxic skin-friendly dyes, and anti-static fabrics. For hairless cats (Sphynx) or short-haired, sensitive-skinned dogs, we have dedicated hypoallergenic, breathable, and sun-protective collections. If your pet has extremely sensitive skin, we highly recommend choosing styles made of 100% cotton or bamboo fiber.

Is the clothing machine washable? Will it shrink or fade?

Most of our items are machine washable on a gentle cycle (we highly recommend using a laundry mesh bag).

  • Washing Care: Please use cold water and a pet-safe, mild detergent.
  • Please Note: Items with delicate embellishments, large prints, or wool components should be hand washed and laid flat to dry. Darker colors may experience slight bleeding during the first wash; we recommend washing them separately from light-colored clothing.

Wearability & Practicality

My pet hates wearing clothes. Do you have any recommended styles?

For sensitive pets or first-time wearers, we strongly recommend Velcro closures, pullover capes, or step-in styles with back zippers. Try to avoid tight-fitting, four-legged onesies that require gently pulling or bending their limbs.
Cape or wrap designs allow you to dress your pet in seconds, greatly minimizing their anxiety. Don't forget to reward them with their favorite treats right after putting it on to create a positive association!

Can these clothes be worn with a harness or leash?

Yes, absolutely! Most of our coats, hoodies, and jackets feature a built-in harness hole or leash opening on the back. You can simply put your pet's harness on first, layer the clothing over it, and pull the D-ring through the opening to attach your leash, keeping your outdoor walks both safe and stylish.

What is your return policy if the clothing doesn't fit?

We offer a 30-day hassle-free return and exchange policy.
However, for the health and safety of all pets and to prevent cross-contamination (such as skin conditions or parasites), returned items must be in "like-new, resellable condition":

  1. The clothing must be unworn, unwashed, and have all original tags attached.
  2. The fabric must be free of pet hair, dander, or odors. (We highly recommend placing a thin towel or sheet over your pet's coat when trying the item on for the first time).

When will my order ship, and how long will delivery take?

Processing Time: In-stock items are processed and shipped within 24–72 hours (excluding weekends and public holidays). For pre-order items, please refer to the estimated shipping date listed on the product page.

Shipping Time: Standard international shipping typically takes 7–14 business days, depending on your destination country. Once your order is shipped, a tracking number will be sent to your email so you can monitor its journey.
